Honours in Biology, Quantitative Biology Option

Students must attain a 3.50 CGPA to enter (in U3) and to complete the Honours QB option. First Class Honours will be awarded to students in the QB Honours Option graduating with a CGPA of 3.75 or greater. 

BIOL 219 and 395  Special note for students in interdisciplinary programs:
Note that U1 interdisciplinary students should take BIOL 219 (4 credits, Fall term) and not BIOL 200 (fall) and BIOL 201 (winter). BIOL 219 will serve as prereq for any courses requiring BIOL 200 and/or BIOL 201 or its equivalent ANAT/BIOC 212. RE:COMP 204Ñwe are in the process of resolving the conflict between the BIOL 219 tutorial and the COMP 204 class, so go ahead and register for COMP 204. Note also that while some of the physical science interdisciplinary students taking BIOL 395 in U2 will have taken PHYS 230 and 232 in their U1 year, the BIOL/MATH and CompSci/BIOL students do not need to do so.
