Required Duties:

- Assists students in understanding course material

- Leads one-two 90 minute conferences each week

- Invigilates midterm exams

- Grades short answer questions that make up a portion of midterms and final exam

- Grades short written assignments

- Attends lectures 



Qualifications Required:

- Undergraduate degree in biology

- Ability to explain a broad range of biological concepts (including concepts in cell/molecular biology, neuroscience, evolution) to introductory students

- Enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student interaction and assistance
