Supplementary Table A (see text of paper for more details)

Parts (a), (b) and (c) for this table are for thresholds P_bias <=1.0e-13,
<=1.0e-09 and <=1.0e-05. There are three sets of rankings in each part.
The first set of rankings is for the total number of bias residues in detected
bias regions that have P_bias <=1.0e-13. The second set is simply a count
of the total number of bias regions detected. The third set is a weighted
count of the bias residues, where the total number of bias residues for each
residue type is multiplied by (1/f) / S, where f is the frequency of an amino
acid in the proteome, and S is the sum of all (1/f) for all twenty residues.
