• All prices are subject to change, to reflect changes in reagent and operating costs.
• Facility use is based on a sign-up system, which is also the basis for calculating charges.
• Billing will be monthly to a fund indicated by the users or their scientific supervisors. The fund holder will be informed of charges incurred by email, prior to the financial transaction. It is the responsibility of the supervisor to make sure the fund indicated covers the charges.

General Procedures
- Prior to using any CIAN equipment, users MUST provide us some information on the research they will conduct at CIAN.
- The proposal must outline 1) the general scope of the planned research, and 2) why the CIAN facility is appropriate and/or required for the proposed research. Names of potential users should be indicated. Target start and end dates are strongly encouraged. Proposals should be emailed to cian@mcgill.ca.

User Training
- Everyone must go through training before a given system can be used. Users are trained, not groups, so if you plan to use a system you must go through training. You cannot rely on another member of your lab to operate CIAN infrastructure. To get training, contact us.

Microscopy: Training on microscopes and acquisition and analysis softwares.
DiGE: Basic sample prep, sample labeling, 2-D, Typhoon and DeCyder operating.
