plate(s) (Omnitray, Nunc) with 30mL solid medium

Can I use the yeast collections? |
CIAN has access to the four yeast KO sets and the yeast GFP collection.

When do I submit samples? |
Any day before 1:30PM |
When can I pick up collection plates? |
Usually same day at 5:00PM
Note that pickup time can vary with the number of plates to process |
Can I have access to an incubator? |
You can use our Cytomat incubator to incubate the spotted plates |
What are the expected results? |
Yields may vary among strains. In our setup experiments, we obtained 1-2µg DNA, the quality of which was suitable for PCR. |
Any help with the analysis? |
Upon request, we can work with you to create a database and analyze the data |
I don’t have 96 samples… Can I use the service? |
Yes. Partial plate can be run at the cost of a full plate
