Bio-Rad iCycler

CIAN offers access to a Bio-Rad iCycler for real time PCR experiments.
The instrument can detect SYBR Green, and molecular beacons with other fluorophores.
It is equipped to run temperature gradients.

We currently operate on a BYOR (bring your own reagents) basis, and there is no cost associated with using the instrument. If there is enough interest, we can organize to buy reagent kits and consumables (plates and the optically clear covers) to share the cost among users.
