Research proposal and user information |
Everyone must go through training before a given system can be used. Users are trained, not groups, so if you plan to use a system you must go through training. You cannot rely on another member of your lab to operate CIAN infrastructure. Only individuals (not groups) are trained. The training procedure follows:

- Microscopy:
Training on microscopes and acquisition and analysis softwares
- DiGE:
Basic sample prep, sample labeling, 2-D, Typhoon and DeCyder operating
- Typhoon:
Basic use of the GE Typhoon scanning laser fluorimeter

user is contacted and appointed for an initial consultation |
3. |
user is appointed for the actual training session on the equipment |
